Vendor Package And Pricing
Standard Food Trucks and Tents
$500/season (all 5 dates)
or
$125 per show
- 10' x 10' Space, fits a standard truck (up to ~20')
- Located in the consolidated vendor area
- Spaces assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
- If you're unsure about your setup, please email us before registering

Important Vendor Information
General
- Food Vendors: Must provide a valid ServSafe certificate or equivalent food safety certification
- All Vendors: Must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) wiith liability coverage
- Check-in Location: High and Queen Street gate
- Setup Time: 1:00 PM on show days
- Must be fully setup by: 2:45 PM
- Tear Down: Cannot begin before 8:00 PM
- This is a rain or shine event - No refunds for weather-related cancellations
- Late or missing payments = no participation.
Power and Water Details
- Limited access to power is available, vendors should plan to bring everything they need
- If you require power, email us in advance to discuss availability
- No water access is provided at vendor spaces: Please bring any necessary water supply with you
Vendor Layout and Setup Details
We strategically place food vendors throughout the show area to maximize visibility and engagement
- Similar vendors will be separated to ensure fair exposure and nmore sales opportunities for all
- Food vendors will be positioned in high-traffic areas for maximum foot traffic
